Unable to find the file 'AntiXSSLibrary.dll'

description

I'm getting an issue with the Sanitizer looking for the AntiXSS Library all which is not found -- when the package is installed from NuGet the AntiXSS dependency is not brought in. The only version of AntiXSS on NuGet is version 4.3.0, and the case of the DLL name doesn't match -- it's AntiXssLibrary.dll, which is an issue on Mono.
